Give joy to your Friends & Family this week!
Challenge Options:

  1. Compliment Someone
  2. Invite someone into your home for a meal or games night
  3. Write a note to someone you care about
  4. Write a note to a teacher, co-worker, or mentor thanking them for all they have invested in your life
  5. Call, skype, or facetime someone you haven't seen in a while
  6. Attempt to spend the whole day without complaining
  7. Give someone a hug (don't forget to ask their permission first), or send a paper hug

Note: you can send a paper hug by getting a large piece of paper (or taping multiple pieces together), laying down with your arms stretched to your side (like a T) and getting someone to trace around your arms and fingers.  When you stand up, connect the shoulder and chest lines together and then cut-out.  Now you have a perfect paper hug to send to someone you care about!
